The "Scouts Seed Bomb Challenge" is a not for profit unincorporated association (the "Association") with the following membership (the "Membership"):

The purpose of the Association (the "Purpose") is:
Improving local environments by empowering local Scout Groups to run guerilla gardening activites which will provide more habitat for wildlife.
The Association has a governing committee (the "Committee") which consists of:
James Barber, Co-Chair
Ed Phillips, Co-Chair
The Association is governed by a Constitution (the "Constitution") which is available on request to all memebers and prospective members.
Expressions of interest in membership should be made to James Barber, Co-Chair (james.barber@scouts.host) in the first instance.
While the Association is under no obligation to release its annual accounts, it plans to when its first accounting year concludes.
